RAFS LOGISTICS LTD (“Rafs Logistics”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of our customers and website visitors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or book a job we collect the details you give us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, collection and delivery addresses, and information about your goods.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and respond to enquiries.
- To plan, carry out and confirm collections and deliveries, including proof of delivery.
- To invoice and keep the business records we are required to keep by law.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only where needed to complete your job — for example with drivers, subcontracted carriers or warehouse partners — and with providers who help run our business, such as email and accounting services.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Job, delivery and financial records are kept for six years to meet UK legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email operations@rafslogistics.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address.
